The Rainbow Breathing Tonic
Updated: May 5, 2020
Feeling tired, lacking focus try this simple & easy technique.
You can do this anywhere or anytime. If I you can lie down in nature on the grass or beach. Otherwise whatever works for you perhaps a comfy chair or lying on the bed.
Visualise a pale blue sky with a rainbow arched across it.
Focus on the red band of the rainbow, see it shimmering towards you.
Once the red band appears overhead visualise it dissolving into tiny red droplets all over you.
See and feel it gently soaking through you skin into your bones and all your organs gently energising and rejuvenating you.
Red relates to your base Chakra which encompasses your tailbone, legs and feet.
When your body has absorbed enough of the red rainbow energy see it as a mist slowly evaporating away from you.
Repeat this process with:
Orange - Sacral Chakra -Lower abdomen,genitals & womb,kidney,bladder,circulatory system.
Yellow - Solar Plexus Chakra - Digestive System Muscles ,Pancreas, Adrenals.
Green - Heart Chakra - Thymus Gland, Lung,Heart, pericardium, arms, hands.
Blue - Throat Chakra - Thyroid,Para-thyroid,neck, shoulders, arms and hands.
Indigo/ Royal Blue - Third Eye - Pineal Gland, Eyes.
Crown Chakra -Pituitary Gland - Cerebral cortex, Central nervous system.
We have many more chakras but the above are the 7 main ones, you may like to think of them as tv sets stacked up from your head to your tailbone.
By breathing in the colours it's like you are re tuning your tv sets to the clearest, brightest frequency you can.
you may like to follow the same process with colours such as gold, silver, turquoise, coral, pink, magenta, olive.
I will often use my aromatherapy chakra blends from The Perfect Potion or my Aura Soma Colour therapy incenses, pomanders and quintessences to give me an extra boost.
